I Became Interested In Being A DJ In 1978 During That Time I Only Became Familiar With Only R And B Just Before Hip Hop Became Popular. As Time Went On Hip Hop Music Started To Evolve And I Added It To My List Of Familiar Genres Of Music, Fortunately As I Started Getting DJ Gigs The Crowd Were A Very Diverse Crowd Which I Wasn't Familiar With Their Culture And The Type Of Music Preference Such As Afro Beats And Reggae, Keep In Mind That The Genre Of Music Sounds Totally Different Back Then In The 80s VS Today. Now I Have Become An Open Format DJ With Being Exposed To Many Genres Of Music From R AND B And Hip Hop To Reggae, Soca, Reggaeton Etc. I'm So Thankful For Being Exposed To These Genres Through The Diverse Clients Through The Years Of My Profession As A DJ.

After high school and entering the club scene. I had my first experience of a DJ "rockin the house" with 2 turntables and a mixer at age 16. Thru this experience, i decided that i wanted to become a dj and create energy through the art of DJin. Born in Chicago, IL, now living in Cincinnati, OH, Jazznosis got his first opportunity to spin for a crowd in the late 90's as an AV technician for one of the top hospitals in the USA and has been doing it ever since. Over the years Jazznosis has been rocking sets throughout the Midwest as a DJ and as a member of a few bands, as well as an artist producer for local artists. Such credits/experience include an opening DJ set for GZA (Wu-Tang Clan), a charity performance backing Kevin Mac (DC Talk) and Bruse Wane and DJ Vader's Stereo 25 Fest.
